The Met Office has forecast of temperatures in the North West, North East and Yorkshire & Humber regions, falling to low levels over the next few days. Such conditions could increase the health risks for vulnerable patients and disrupt delivery of services. Under the Cold Weather Plan this is regarded as a level 2 alert.
