Animal medicine improvement notice: Farm & Pet, Market Drayton, Shropshire
Details of deficiencies found during an inspection.
During a visit to the premises by an inspector from the VMD’s Inspections and Enforcement Division deficiencies were identified which necessitated the serving of an enforcement notice.
In this case the matters which constituted a failure to comply with the Veterinary Medicines Regulation (VMR) 2013 were:
- Supply of POM-VPS and NFA-VPS products from an unregistered site
The measures to be taken to secure compliance are:
- Cease the advertising for sale of POM-VPS & NFA-VPS products until registered
- Ceasing the supply of POM-VPS & NFA-VPS products until registered
