Consultation description

Tailored reviews are central to the Government’s Public Body Reform Programme. Their purpose is to challenge and seek assurance of the continuing need, efficiency and good governance of public bodies. Every public body is required to undergo a Tailored Review once during the lifetime of a Parliament.

To help inform this review, DCMS would welcome your feedback on Historic England through our online survey, which is open until the 9th of May 2019.

Who is this consultation aimed at?

We are seeking the views of people who work, or have an interest, in the heritage sector across the United Kingdom, including those who receive advice from Historic England and those who have applied for grant funding from Historic England.

The full Terms of Reference for the review can be found in the attached document.

If you have any queries about this review, please contact DCMS at albteam@culture.gov.uk.
