Consultation description

This is a Consultation on a proposed new Merchant Shipping (Domestic Safety Management (DSM) Code) to revoke and replace the Merchant Shipping (Domestic Passenger Ships) (Safety Management Code) Regulations 2001. The proposal is to update and modernise the safety management standards for domestic passenger ships and remove reliance on obsolete vires in repealed legislation.
