Supplementary Environmental Statement and Additional Provision 2 Environmental Statement (Supplementary Environmental Information)
HS2 Ltd has identified a number of changes to the project. Amendments to the Bill have been made to reflect these changes.
The Supplementary Environmental Statement (SES) reports on the likely significant environmental effects of updated environmental information, changes to the scheme assumptions and changes within the existing powers and limits of the Bill.
The Additional Provision 2 Environmental Statement (AP2 ES) reports on the likely significant environmental effects of the amendments in the AP (i.e. amendments to the Bill which are outside the scope of the existing powers and limits of the Bill.)
The SES and AP2 ES are separate environmental statements but have been produced as combined volumes.
