This volume introduces the supplementary environmental information and design changes included within the HS2 SES (Supplementary Environmental Statement) and amendments which have resulted in the need to amend the Bill within the AP2 (Additional Provision 2) Environmental Statement. It also explains any changes to the scope, methodology, assumptions and limitations required for the environmental impact assessment.
