All homes delivered under the Social and Affordable Homes Programme (SAHP) 2026 to 2036 need to start by 31 March 2036 and complete by 31 March 2039.

You can apply for grants from the Social and Affordable Homes Programme (SAHP) 2026 to 2036 through the Continuous Market Engagement (CME) funding route. Applications through the Strategic Partnership funding route are currently closed.
