The Social and Affordable Homes Programme (SAHP) 2026 to 2036 provides grant funding to support the delivery of new social and affordable homes.
We expect to open for bidding through both CME and Strategic Partnership funding routes in February 2026.
All homes delivered under the Social and Affordable Homes Programme (SAHP) 2026 to 2036 need to start by 31 March 2036 and complete by 31 March 2039.
