The Board meets around 10 times a year.

The Audit and Risk Assurance Committee of the Regulator of Social Housing, which held its inaugural meeting in January 2019, meets at least 3 times a year at appropriate intervals in the financial reporting and audit cycle.
The Nominations and Remuneration Committee (formerly the Nominations and Governance Committee) an advisory body which exercises governance functions. It comprises between 2 and 4 members appointed by the Board of RSH. The Committee meets at least once a year, or as required, at appropriate intervals.
