Child Trust Fund guidance and monthly return, for local authorities and Health and Social Services Trusts with children in their care.
Local authorities and Health and Social Services Trusts must provide basic information to HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) about children they look after. This is to make sure children do not miss out on a Child Trust Fund, and to make sure their fund is properly managed.
This document collection includes guidance, and the monthly return needed to provide the information to HMRC.
