To contact the OISC, first use our online portal to ask a query or to make a complaint.

The Customer Service Unit is also available on info@oisc.gov.uk. They will pass on your query to the correct part of the organisation.

Applications for registration and continued registration should be completed online using our electronic application forms (How to complete and upload OISC electronic application forms - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)). Clear instructions on how to do this are provided with each form.
