Get Assisted Digital support to use UKVI’s online services if you are in the UK and you do not have the appropriate access, skills or confidence to complete an online immigration application form.
The help we provide
Telephone support from a skilled Migrant Help UK advisor who will help you complete your application form online
Face to face support at a library to access and complete the online form – you can contact a participating library or We are Digital to book an appointment
Face to face support at home to complete the form – a We Are Digital tutor will visit you in your home and help you complete your online application form
This service does not provide immigration advice
You cannot get help from the Assisted Digital service if you need immigration advice (for example, advice on which immigration form you need to complete) or you need an update on the progress of an immigration application you have already submitted.
The service is not available to customers applying through the following routes
- Tier 1 (entrepreneurs or exceptional talent)
- Tier 2 (people working in the UK)
- Tier 4 (people studying in the UK)
You should ask your sponsors for help to complete your online immigration application.
We are Digital are Next Generation Text (NGT) aware. If you have hearing and/or speech difficulties you can access this service on a smartphone, computer or tablet or text phone by dialling 18001 in front of the phone number above.
