Use this service to get the forms you need to order free lateral flow tests for your employees.

You must register on or before 31 March 2021.

Do not use this service if you or your employees have symptoms. Anyone with symptoms should order an individual test and stay at home.

You can register to order tests if:

  • your business is registered in England
  • you employ 50 people or more
  • your employees cannot work from home

If you have fewer than 50 employees, your employees should find out if they can get a lateral flow test from a test site instead.

You’ll need:

  • the name of your company
  • your company registration number
  • an email address

Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland

This service is currently only available to businesses registered in England. Get advice on coronavirus testing:

If your business is registered in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland but you have employees in England, you will need to register by email.

Charities and other organisations

You will need to register by email if you are:

  • a charity
  • a building society
  • a partnership
  • a sole proprietor
  • an Act of Parliament

You will need to provide:

  • your organisation’s name
  • your registration number
  • how many employees you have
  • an email address
  • the industry or sector of your organisation
