Order P45 and P60 forms from HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) if you can’t produce these using your payroll software. You can’t download and print blank P45 and P60 forms.

You must give all employees a P60 at the end of each tax year, and a P45 when they stop working for you.

Use HMRC’s starter checklist to get an employee’s information if they don’t have a recent P45. The P46 is no longer in use.
