1. Consent to be designated
A Premise must have a Premises Licence from the Licensing Authority if they wish to supply alcohol or provide regulated entertainment, or if they want to provide hot food or hot drink between the hours of 11pm and 5am, to members of the public.

The protection of children from harm The process may not be used to: - extend the period for which the licence/certificate has effect - transfer the licence/certificate from one premises to another. - to specify an individual as a premises supervisor - to add the sale by retail or supply of alcohol as an activity on the licence/certificate - to increase the length of time on any day for the sale by retail or supply of alcohol.
6. Application to vary a premises licence
To provide late-night refreshments and regulated entertainment, and sell alcohol, you need a premise licence from the local authority if you are in England and Wales. This application cannot be used to extend the period for which the licence has effect or to vary substantially the premises to which it relates. If you wish to make that type of chane to the premises licence you should make a new premises licence application under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.
7. Notification of an interest in premises under section 178
