Call to run a project to seek to address inequalities between men and women in the workforce and to support women to prosper in the local economy.

Details
The project should include support for SME’s around - Gender pay Gap Analysis, Organisational transformation, sponsorship programmes, Women Returner initiatives, and tackling gender stereotypes etc. In addition projects should provide - Women leadership training, support for women returners, creating women support networks, raising aspirations for young women aged 19-30, influencer training in schools, colleges & universities, creating networks of Women Ambassadors and Women Entrepreneurs.
Applications are encouraged from consortia or other similar types of partnership arrangements.

The project must cover the York, North Yorkshire & East Riding LEP Area.
Value
Approximately £1,500,000 of funding is available.
Deadlines
Full application deadline: 11/02/2019
Completion date
The project must be completed no later than 3 years and 6 months after the proposed start date.
