This call seeks applications, which concentrate on up-skilling existing health and social care sector staff in Hertfordshire LEP area.
This call seeks applications, which concentrate on up-skilling existing health and social care sector staff through skills training specific to health and social care leading (where applicable) to progressions into relevant sector based apprenticeships recognising the need for different skills sets, for example those required to address growing needs such as in dementia care. That focus on staff working in SMEs but there is flexibility to include staff working for larger employers with a presence in Hertfordshire. The emphasis should be primarily on improving lower level skills, however some L3 management skills will be acceptable.
Skills training must primarily lead to regulated qualifications although there is scope for some non-regulated qualifications
