Details
Due to an ageing workforce, tightening labour market and under-representation of certain groups and women in key leadership and management roles within Leicester and Leicestershire, local businesses are increasingly identifying higher skills and skills shortages as barriers to business growth. This call wishes to concentrate on supporting businesses develop the Leadership and Management skills of their workforce, with a particular emphasis on future workforce planning and ensuring participation in the business from those from disadvantaged groups.

The project must cover the Leicester and Leicestershire Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) area.
Value
Approximately £1,900,000 of funding is available.
Deadlines
Outline application deadline: 10 January 2018.
Completion date
The project must be completed no later than 31 July 2021.
