This call is looking to establish Financial Instruments in the areas of Urban Development and/or Energy Efficiency (non-domestic).

Up to £65,000,000 of funding is available through this call.

Deadlines

Outline application deadline for the preparatory stage Monday 03 November 2015.

Completion Date

It is anticipated that projects will comprise an eight year investment period.
