Call to run a project to address the current and future skills shortages in Oxfordshire LEP area.

This Call specifically targets Oxfordshire skills challenges. The areas current and future skills shortages are not currently being addressed by employers or individuals and are likely therefore to worsen without intervention.

The Call therefore seeks activities which will provide:

  • Support for intermediate, technical and advanced skills in the sectors identified above: health and social care, engineering and science, digital and creative technologies, construction and built environment, hospitality and catering and logistics;

  • Develop local skills to meet the future needs of the sectors identified.

The project must cover the Oxfordshire LEP area .


Approximately £2,450,486 of funding is available.


Outline application deadline: 29 September 2017

Completion date

The project must be completed no later than 31 March 2021.
