Details
This call seeks to address a specific issue concerning upskilling the workforce and developing strong leadership capabilities which will enable individuals to progress their careers and in turn, support business and economic growth. Specifically, the call is looking to create a Developing Leaders project and will target mainly those currently in employment or made redundant within the last six months, across all ages and sections of the businesses they work in. This should be targeted for those who work in both the public and private sector; enabling individuals to learn from each other and the various challenges facing both the public and private sector.

The project must cover the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly LEP Area.
Value
Approximately £1,500,000 of funding is available.
Deadlines
Full application deadline: 18 December 2017.
Completion date
The project must be completed no later than 18 June 2021.
