Before you request a refund, check the repayment threshold for your loan.
You can request a refund in your online account. Check your bank details are correct in your online account before you request a refund.

If you have a customer reference number, have it with you when you call or include it on your letter.
Webchat
Sign in to your online account to chat with an adviser (Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm).
Webchat advisers cannot update bank details or take repayments, but you can do this yourself in your online account.
