You cannot speak to Student Finance England about your child’s or partner’s account unless they have given consent. They can give consent to share this information when they apply or at a later date.

Sign in to your online account to:
- check what stage your application is at – they take 6 to 8 weeks to process
- check how much and when you’ll be paid
- change your personal or course details
- reset your password

You can chat to an adviser in your online account.
