The CMA has appointed a group for the review of the undertakings.

Decision to undertake review
21 March 2017: The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has decided to conduct a review of the undertakings given by the NHBC in December 1995 following an investigation by the Monopolies and Mergers Commission (MMC).

We’re seeking views from interested parties on whether or not there is a case for removing or varying these undertakings. Those responding should provide their views, supported with relevant evidence where possible, in writing to the CMA either by email or by post by 20 April 2017.
