There have been changes to booking driving tests because of coronavirus (COVID-19).
You can book a driving test if you’re classed as a critical worker, for example you work in a hospital or as a carer.

If you’re not classed as a critical worker
Car driving tests have restarted in England for people whose tests were cancelled because of coronavirus. You cannot book a new test at the moment.

If you’ve already booked a test
If you’ve booked a car driving test, you’ll get an email and can choose a new date for your test.
If you’ve booked another type of test that has been cancelled, you’ll get a refund.
