FINANCIAL SERVICES – whether Applicant acted without integrity: in twice removing Executive Committees of the LLP he owned that were due to hear a disciplinary hearing into allegations he had breached a Final Written Warning imposed upon him for misconduct and inappropriate behaviour towards female employees; in substituting himself as the sole member of ExCo in breach of regulatory requirements requiring at least two managers; in making misleading statements to the members of the LLP, to investors and to the Financial Conduct Authority – whether the FCA was reasonably entitled to impose a prohibition order upon the Applicant pursuant to s.56 FSMA - financial penalty - s66 FSMA - whether jurisdiction to impose - whether financial penalty correctly calculated  - reference dismissed
