This is an appeal from the decision of Judge Simon Brilliant in the Land Registration
Division of the First-tier Tribunal, dated 11 January 2016. He directed the registrar to
cancel the Appellants’ applications to alter the register, because he came to the
conclusion that they signed the transfer to the Second Respondent and knew what
they were doing. I can find no fault with his decision, for the reasons that I am going
to explain, and accordingly this appeal has to be refused.
