Before you start

You must first register by submitting an application for access to DVSA online report services. You’ll need to have your operator licence number to hand.

DVSA will check that the details you’ve given match your operator licence records. Within 5 working days DVSA will send you a membership and confirmation letter by post, with information on how to use the service.

Contact DVSA if you have any questions about how to apply.

What you can do

Once you’re registered, you can:

  • see your latest OCRS
  • monitor the annual test pass rates of your vehicles
  • identify causes of vehicle test failures
  • see information on roadside encounters, eg when one of your vehicles is stopped by a DVSA enforcement officer

Read more information about the OCRS.
