Help and support for HMRC Members SW08210 is normally available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Accessing the Service and Availability

The IT Service Centre provides active support for the service from 08:00 to 18:00, Mondays to Fridays (excluding Bank holidays). Outside of these hours the IT Service Centre are available to receive calls but may not be able to provide help until the following working day.

Using the Service

HMRC Business Authorising Officers will provide cover for their Rooms during normal HMRC business hours.

Product Help, Context Sensitive Help, Online Learning, SW Business Manual, and the HMRC Intranet site are all normally available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, except for agreed planned downtime.
 

The SW Shared Workspace Support Team is an internal service provided for the Department and under no circumstances is the telephone number below to be divulged to the public. The Help Desk should only be contacted after all the sources at

SW08210have been exhausted.

All Members should make their enquiries through a BAO of their Room. This will minimise the number of calls made to the SW Shared Workspace Support Team about the same subject. The Help Desk can be contacted on 029 2032 5055 between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00.
