Manage a Room: Usage Reports
Usage reports are available from a Shared Workspace Room and provide the followinginformation:
* the name of the server hosting the Room * the facility hosting the Room * the size of the Room * the number of files within the Room * the number of items within the Room * the number of visitors to the Room * the names of the visitors * the date of a visitors last visit to the Room * basic information about the visitors activity within the Room.
Only HMRC Business Authorising Officers are able to generate Usage Reports, which areobtained by selecting the Edit button from the Rooms home page and then selectingUsage reports from the menu.
Usage Reports can be exported as Comma Separated Variable (CSV) files which can be viewedin Microsoft Excel.
