Manage a Room: Room Content
All members are responsible for ensuring that the content they add to a Room is appropriate to the purpose of the Room SW06110.
Members must not add Inappropriate Material to a RoomSW03350.
Any member finding inappropriate material must immediately take the action detailed in the topic ‘Dealing with Inappropriate Material’ SW03320.
The addition of all files and information to Shared Workspace is tracked and can be traced back to the member responsible.
It is the responsibility of the HMRC Business Authorising Officers to check the content of their Rooms and deal with deletion requests SW03625.
