SW05420 - Room Membership: Receive Invite to a Room
When you are added to a Room you will receive an invitation to the Room by email. The email will contain a hyperlink to the front page of the Room.
On receiving the invite and before logging into the Room you should know:
- why you have been added to the Room; and
- how to use the Room.
If you are unsure of either or both of these things then:
- HMRC Members
HMRC Members must contact the HMRC Business Authorising Officer for advice
- Customer Members
Customer Members must contact the Customer Nominated Contact for their Organisation for advice.
Note: Customer Members should never enter login details directly from email links. Before selecting the link Customer members should first visit and log in to the official HMRC website to enter their personal details. This will protect their login and password details SW03235.
