The Orderline is used by taxpayers and agents to order supplementary pages or guidance which has not been enclosed with the tax return. Leaflets or Help Sheets mentioned in the Tax Return Guide can also be ordered from the Orderline.
A blank return should be obtained from the Orderline
where the customer wishes to file by paper but a paper return is not issued as
a matter of course. HMRC does not
supply blank tax return forms to agents.
The Orderline is open from 8am to 10pm every day, except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
