Management and security: Uncleared Electronic Mail Review List

The Uncleared Electronic Mail Review List is printed once every two months in the Processing Centre and forwarded to your District. It brings to your attention items of electronic mail for which no action (for example, the issue of a reminder) has been taken on the computer during the preceding three months or more.

Review each entry and tell the allocation officer to use UE

  • to delete the entry if it has been left on in error


  • to issue a reminder.
