Under no circumstances clear a claim as `not pursued’ without authority from an Inspector or RE

When a case is passed to you to clear a registered claim as `not pursued’ complete Prime Format as follows.

IDENTITY	Your identy
PASSWORD	Your password
FUNCTION	CL
NINO/REGISTER NO	The claims reference number
YEAR	The last two numbers of the year. Example: 1990-91 enter 91
DETAILS	Leave blank

Make the following entry on Format 1.
