RM4096 - RO instructions: Check whether voucher stamped more than once

In every case check the number of stamp impressions on the voucher.

If a joint voucher shows more than one stamp impression

• check the back of the voucher. It should show one other joint claimant’s name and reference for each stamp other than yours (RM2532 and 2568)
• if there are more stamps than names see RM4104.
• If a sole voucher shows more than one stamp impression see RM4104.
