RM4092 - RO instructions: How to check the date on the voucher

The table below shows which date should be stamped on the voucher. If the date is different see RM4104.

When voucher received	Date on voucher
With the claim form	The date stamped on the claim form (RM1008 and 1016)
After the claim form	The date of receipt (RM4024).
