Sign in to your authorised agent account
You must be registered as an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP, also known as an authorised agent), or a user for an ACSP.
If you’ve registered as an ACSP or have been added as a user, use the authorised agent account to:
- access ACSP services – for example, to tell Companies House you’ve verified someone’s identity
- view information about the ACSP – for example, the ACSP number and status
You’ll need to sign in using your own GOV.UK One Login.
Find out more about being an ACSP, including what services you can access and how to register.
What you can use the account for
The services you can access will depend on whether you are an account owner, an administrator, or a standard user.
All users for an ACSP can sign in to the account to:
- view a list of users for the ACSP
- verify people’s identity for Companies House
If you’re an account owner for an ACSP, you can also:
- update the ACSP’s details – you’ll need to do this within 14 days if any of the details have changed
- close the account – if you do this, it will no longer be registered as an ACSP
Adding and removing users
Account owners can add and remove all users.
Administrators can add and remove other administrators and standard users.
Standard users cannot add or remove other users.
