Report changes to your social care service (SC3)
You must tell Ofsted about changes to certain people in your organisation or to your premises.
Applies to England
Changes you need to report
- when leaving or joining the provider
- changes to any premises used to accommodate children (supported accommodation only)
- the absence of a registered manager for 28 days or more
For more details check the ‘Responsibilities of providers and managers’ document for your provider type below:
- adoption support agencies
- children’s homes or secure children’s homes
- independent fostering agencies
- residential family centres
- residential holiday schemes for disabled children
- supported accommodation service
- voluntary adoption agencies
If you are a residential holiday scheme for disabled children, do not use this form.
