This registration service applies to products marketed under the exemption for small pet animals.
This service applies to products marketed under the exemption for small pet animals, as set out in Schedule 6 of the Veterinary Medicines Regulations 2013 (VMR).
How to use this service
Use this service to:
- apply for registration of a new product
- submit your annual return
- inform us of a change to an already registered product
You can add up to 25 products per submission. If you need to add more than this, you will need to submit a second form.
Before you apply
You will need the following information to hand:
- Name and address of the company marketing the product
- Name, email address and phone number of the contact person marketing the product
- Country, name, email address and phone number of the company manufacturing the product (if different to above)
- Name of the marketed product(s)
- Route of administration, dosage form, indicated species, active substance(s), the amount of the active substance(s) per unit
- Dosing instructions
