Use these options to help navigate our phone menu.

Support using our online services

The portal and Business e-services

If you are a business customer needing help with the portal or Business e-services:

  • call 0300 006 0411
  • select 1 for online services
  • select 1 for the portal and Business e-services
  • select option 1 for information about using the services
  • select option 2 for payment queries or account problems your administrator cannot resolve

Search for land and property information or digital mortgage services

If you are using Search for land and property information or Sign your mortgage deed services:

  • call 0300 006 0411
  • select option 1 for online services
  • select option 2 if you are searching for land or property information on our website

You need an email address to set up an account.

If you have a question about an order, your will need to provide the:

  • address or title number of the property
  • 10 or 11 digit World Pay reference

Get information from HM Land Registry

Boundaries

We do not routinely hold information about boundary ownership. If we do have information, we cannot:

  • tell you who owns or is responsible for a boundary over the telephone.
  • resolve or offer legal advice on disputes

Land and property ownership

We do not hold the original deeds. You can get a copy of registers, plans and documents for a small fee.

Applications

Ask about a letter or email (received from or sent to us)

If you want to discuss any correspondence with us (including register queries/requisitions or a letter or email you have sent us):

You will be asked to provide a title number or application reference number.

Get an update on your application

To find out what’s happening with an application (including applications for searches, sims or official copies):

  • call 0300 006 0411
  • select option 3 for an application
  • select option 2

We can only discuss the details of an application with the person who sent it to us.

Note: we will not expedite an official search unless the service standard has passed. You should apply at least 5 working days before completion to receive the official search certificate in time.

Rejected and cancelled applications

If you need information to help you make an application (including applications for searches, sims or official copies), or your application has been rejected or cancelled:

  • select option 3

If your application has been cancelled or rejected, you will need to correct the problem and send the application back to us. We do not keep copies of documents that have been returned.
