Notify the Rural Payments Agency about an insolvency
Use this online service to notify the Rural Payments Agency (RPA) about a personal or corporate insolvency.
Applies to England
You can also use this service for certain solvent business closure processes, including members voluntary liquidation (MVL), or voluntary strike off.
Before you start
You’ll need to provide:
- the insolvency type
- contact details of the person making the notification
- contact details for the business or individual
- a date of birth if you’re notifying the RPA about a bankruptcy or Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA)
- contact details of the insolvency practitioners and their appointment date
To help us identify you or the business on our system, you can choose to provide the single business identifier (SBI), customer reference number (CRN) or vendor number.
