How to register to use Homes England's Investment Management System (IMS).

Your organisation must register to use IMS.

The ‘Application pack for new providers’ should be completed by your organisation if you are a) seeking access to IMS for the first time; b) Making changes to your security administrators. If your organisation is already registered, then please contact your security administrator to set you up on IMS. Once completed please email a pdf version of the form to servicedesk@homesengland.gov.uk

In your email to Service Desk, please state your reason for applying for IMS access. If you wish to bid for one of our Affordable Housing programmes, have you been in contact with Homes England to discuss your proposal? Have you become a large developer (with an approved forecast of at least 40 units) in Help To Buy? Or are you applying for the Move On Fund.

About the IMS system

The system is based on Citrix with a secure portal providing access. You will need to install the Citrix client on your computer in order to access IMS. Citrix can be downloaded and installed from the portal homepage.

Your computer must comply with the system’s prerequisites. Depending on your IT set up, you may need to ask your IT department to install the Citrix client and allow access. Full details on connecting to the system are provided in the IMS connectivity guide.
