How to register to use the Homes and Communities Agency's (HCA) Investment Management System (IMS).
Your organisation must register to use IMS.
If your organisation is already registered then please contact your security administrator to set you up on IMS. If you need to change your security administrator please download and complete the SigPro form below. Once completed please email it to email@example.com.
This form is for all registered providers of social housing and unregistered bodies to add or update existing security administrators, and local authorities who want to have read only access for information on investment in their area.
This form is for all registered providers of social housing and unregistered bodies who are already set up to use the IMS to inform the HCA of changes to their Authorised Signatories. DO NOT use this form unless you are already registered to use the system.
About the IMS system
The system is based on Citrix with a secure portal providing access. You will need to install the Citrix client on your computer in order to access IMS. Citrix can be downloaded and installed from the portal homepage.
