Template for GOV.UK publication page for departmental core transparency data, to be published yearly.
Prepare the data
The Government Equalities Office (GEO) provides guidance on:
The data you need to report must be accurate as of 31 March (this is called the ‘snapshot date’). Some types of data are calculated over the preceding 12 months. For example, the March 2017 snapshot data includes data about bonuses paid from April 2016 to March 2017. Put the year of the snapshot date you’re using in your report and on the GOV.UK publication page.
Public sector organisations have up to a year to publish this data. For example, March 2017 data must be published by 31 March 2018.
Publish the data
Data must be uploaded to the Gender Pay Gap online reporting service. Link to the GOV.UK publication page from the service, not the publication attachment.
Your gender pay gap report (a written statement and a supporting narrative) should be published on GOV.UK. Create a new GOV.UK publication page for each report.
Your gender pay gap report must be published as an HTML publication on GOV.UK. You may also publish an accessible PDF. In your HTML publication, you should build any graphics as Markdown charts or tables so that this information is accessible and responsive.
