Guidance for employers on gender pay gap reporting, and creating an action plan to address your gender pay gap and support employees experiencing menopause.

Any employer with 250 or more employees on a specific date each year (the ‘snapshot date’) must report their gender pay gap data within a year of that date.

You also have the option to produce and publish a voluntary action plan on the gender pay gap service, alongside your gender pay gap data. Subject to legislation, these will become mandatory from spring 2027.
