Legal professionals can create an account 'MyHMCTS' and use HM Courts and Tribunals Service online services.
What is MyHMCTS
MyHMCTS provides a single place for legal professional and other organisations to issue, pay for and manage applications within civil and family courts and tribunals.
Users can access all of their live cases from a single case list, receive notifications of status changes (such as an order having been made) and allow access to others within their organisation. Nominated users can also view their Payment by Account transactions.
MyHMCTS is still being tested and we welcome all feedback so that we can improive the user experience - please send your feedback to us by email.
You must have a Payment by Account. This account allows you to use our Fee Account system to pay for online applications.
You need to register your organisation before you can create or manage cases. This is a simple, free and we aim to complete within 3 days.
You should use either Firefox or Chrome to use MyHMCTS – you currently cannot access MyHMCTS using Internet Explorer, Safari or Edge.
