Following the publication of our COVID-19: Update on the HMCTS response for criminal courts in England & Wales, this webinar provided a more detailed look at the work that is taking place, including:

  1. Maximising the use of HMCTS’ existing estate

  2. Providing additional capacity through Nightingale courts

  3. Using technology where appropriate

  4. Considering adopting different operating hours as part of maximising HMCTS’ own estate.
