Give notice to import live fish or shellfish from Northern Ireland or a Crown Dependency (form AAH1)

Notify the Fish Health Inspectorate about a movement (import) from Northern Ireland or the Crown Dependencies (Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man).

If you’re importing live fish or shellfish from Northern Ireland or the Crown Dependencies (Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man), you must:

Notify the Fish Health Inspectorate

To complete this form you’ll need to know:

  • your business code
  • the destination site code
  • the supplier’s foreign site code
