Give notice to import live fish or shellfish from Northern Ireland or a Crown Dependency (form AAH1)
Notify the Fish Health Inspectorate about a movement (import) from Northern Ireland or the Crown Dependencies (Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man).

Before using the form, you should read the guidance on importing or moving live fish and shellfish. This includes details of the information you’ll need to provide.
If you’re importing live fish or shellfish from Northern Ireland or the Crown Dependencies (Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man), you must:
- be authorised to import live fish and shellfish
- notify the Fish Health Inspectorate (FHI) at least 24 hours before each import

- your business code
- the destination site code
- the supplier’s foreign site code
