EU AMR Surveillance: Salmonella from pigs and poultry at slaughter

A component of this work is the monitoring of AMR in Salmonella from fattening pigs, broilers, and fattening turkeys at slaughter. Samples collected in slaughterhouses under Regulation 2073/2005 are used as source of isolates for the AMR testing specified in Commission Decision 2013/652 EU.

This webinar was hosted on the 11th of April 2016 to provide guidance for food business operator staff and private laboratories responsible for the collection and testing of carcase samples under Regulation 2073/2005.
