Overview

The agreements contain a main terms and conditions body and schedules. You can find background information on the structure of the education and skills agreements on the ESFA education and skills agreements 2019 to 2020 page. 

We will publish version 1 of the specialist post-16 institution agreement, version 1 of the non-maintained special schools (NMSS) agreement and version 2 of all other contracts and agreements on this page in August 2024 along with the funding specific schedules.

The table below sets out the changes made to the 2023 to 2024 agreements for 2024 to 2025:
