Report serious abuse at work

You’re being seriously abused or exploited at work if you believe you’re being controlled, threatened or manipulated. 

You can report serious abuse or exploitation at work to the Fair Work Agency.

Complain about problems with pay or work rights

Examples of problems with pay or work rights could include:

  • working hours
  • not being paid the National Minimum Wage
  • an issue with an employment agency
  • an issue with a gangmaster agency – these are employment providers to agricultural and food processing sectors
